Security

Jacks of London employ the most modern Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology (128 bit SSL Key) to prevent any unauthorised persons gaining access to credit card information entered on our website. This allows transmission of potentially sensitive information over the internet in an encrypted form which is not readable by third parties. As an extra safeguard, you have to re-enter your credit card details each time you place an order with Jacks of London.

Delivery

We will dispatch your order on the day of receipt if we receive your order before our cut off time – 2pm on weekdays, and if we have the order in stock.

Weekend orders will ship on the following Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday.

Orders placed by cheque will only be dispatched after bank clearance.

If we do not have your order in stock, we will contact you by either e-mail or telephone. We will inform you when we expect that part of the order to arrive and you will be given the opportunity to cancel that part of the order. Alternatively we may send your order in more than one package if some items are not in stock; however we will only charge you one postage fee.

Jacks of London uses Royal Mail as its shipping company. For UK addresses, please allow a total delivery time of 3-5 business days (although items are likely to arrive sooner) for all Royal Mail First Class packages and Royal Mail Recorded Delivery items. A signature may be required.

For Next Day Delivery packages, delivery is guaranteed next business day before 5:30PM. Your valid order must be with us before 2PM to guarantee dispatch on the day of your order.

At this time Jacks of London are only able to deliver to addresses within the UK.

Postage and Packaging

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £60; otherwise P&P is £2.50. Guaranteed next day delivery is £5.50.

Payment Methods

We accept most credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo, Electron and JCB). Payment will be debited shortly after your order has been placed or within 3 working days of the order being received.
