I am a regular customer at your Belfast store. I had to let you know what a fantastic service I received when I went for a hot towel shave with Michael. It was of primary importance that the shave went well as i had a photo shoot straight after. Michael reassured me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. After my Jacks cut was complete, I was transferred to the shaving station for a 'cut throat' style facial. I refuse to call this a cut throat shave, it deserves much more credit than that, it's a relaxing treatment. Every man should try it!

I am a convert to Jacks of London since they offer more than just a simple haircut. It's a combination of things, the cold beer on arrival, the friendly staff and all the extra frills you don't get anywhere else. I particularly like the shampoo and head rub in the vibrating massage chairs! It's a must!

I have been to Jacks now a few times to get my hair cut or even a shave. Really good experience and seems to be a good atmosphere between all the staff which is very important as you feel welcome when you are there. The xBox idea is cool while you are waiting in the trendy environment provided.
