Male Shots - A Menu of packages to appeal to the 21st century male

Hairdressers Journal 'MEN UNITED' supplement feature Jacks of London tips and images in their Male Shots article on creating packages to appeal to the 21st century male.

A snippet from the feature states -

At Jacks of London keeping things simple is the ethos that has proved effective. Emma Whitehead, marketing director says: "We always keep our male packages simple, purposeful and cost effective. They are all aimed at the 'real man' and therefore do not include high-end pampering as this is not what appeals to our clientele and is not part of our concept."

One of Jacks of London's most  popular packages is 'Grooming the Groom'. Aimed at the bridegroom, his best man and ushers, the package includes a wash, cut and traditional cut-throat shave with hot towels.

The Jacks Refresh package appeals particularly to local businessmen. This incorporates hot towels infused with either relaxing or stimulating oils, an electric shave, hair tidy up, hair wash/head massage and style dry.

Colour is also becoming an increasingly popular option for men looking for a change of image and Jacks of London offers a cut, colour and style package in a masculine environment. Says Emma. "The colour package is taken up by a smaller market but the number of men requesting colour is increasing all the time."
